IMPORTANT UPDATE:
Please minimise updates during the restoration process, please note NON of the accounts have been fully restored and some files will be overwritten in the later stages of the restoration.

Update:
We have finished with copying all the Jan 9th backup and are in the process of restoring the databases as of when the drive crashed, as well as the /home directories as of when the drive crashed.
We expect this to take a few more hours to complete as there is a large amount of data to be copied.
We appreciate everybodies patience and understanding and look forward to continueing to work with you in the future.

mySQL databases as of the time of hardware failure have been restored and appear to all b intact.
We are proceeding with the /home directory soon, and should be completed with 2-3 hours.

All accounts starting with a, b, and c have been completely restored.
We are working on the rest, but expect it will take a few hours longer than our original predictions.
Currently as users will probably notice the server is fairly slow. Sites will speed up again once the restoration is complete. |

We have finished up to k now.
Please not that restoring backups require a huge amount of system resources and the server is struggling to keep up. Outages or mail, mysql, and apache may be experienced. We are monitoring continuosly and service should return to normal once restoration has been completed. |
