Over the past 2-3 days we have noticed that server5 has been crashing once a day at around 20:00 CST. The cause of this is not yet known, but it is suspected that a backup process or other daily process is causing a high load and hence causing all services to fail on the server requiring a hard reboot. Upon rebooting there are no signs of a high load, and hence the difficult problem of diagnosing this problem.
We will be updating this thread as we find any further information, and steps that will be taken to ensure the problems do not occur again.
