In order to provide the highest level of service possible, we will be starting the replacement of s53 immediately. All accounts will be removed by the morning of April 14th, 2007 (CST).
During the move you should have little or no downtime, you will receive a notification a few hours before your account is moved. During the move your site will be moved to the new server, and DNS updated to point to the new server. Once the site is moved, your site will start resolving to the new server, however you will need to update the DNS servers of each of the domains under your account to point to the new server (exact instructions will be provided when your site is moved).
We sincerely apologize for the short notice, this move has been planned for quite some time however due to unfortunate circumstances (the datacenter this server is located in has provided us very short notice to move this server) we have no choice but to start moving these accounts immediately. The benefit of the move is that the server is much more powerful, and the new server is located on a faster and more stable network.
