In order to continue providing the highest level of service possible, we will be starting the replacement of server4 and server5 in the next 24 hours. All accounts on these servers will be moved to newer, faster, and more reliable servers by April 29th, 2007.
During the move you should have little or no downtime, you will receive a notification 24 hours before your account(s) is/are moved. During the move your site will be moved to the new server, and DNS updated to point to the new server. Once the site is moved, your site will start resolving to the new server, however you will need to update the DNS servers of each of the domains under your account to point to the new server (exact instructions will be provided when your site is moved).
If you wish to have your move postponed, please update the ticket we open to you prior to the move to postpone the move to a time that suites you better.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience which may be caused as a result of these transfers. We are performing this move so as to continue our always high level of service, and further improve by using faster servers, and a faster more reliable network.
