We will be performing upgrades to 3 customer access switches to increase capacity between the access switches and our core network. The upgrades will only effect portions of our network. Downtime should only be 2-3 minutes, however may last up to 30 minutes.
Switches effected, and times of upgrade:
c3548-sw01 - Sunday June 10th, 2007 10:00PM CST
c3550-sw03 - Sunday June 10th, 2007 11:00PM CST
c3550-sw04 - Monday June 11th, 2007 12:00AM CST
These outages will effect some dedicated server clients, all shared and reseller hosting accounts.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by these outages - these upgrades are in order to further improve our network, and is part of a major network upgrade will be performing which will offer great improvements to all our end customers.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this maintenance please do not hesitate to submit a new tech support ticket.
