Earlier today, s26 had a short outage. This was due to a routine upgrade to cPanel which turned out to have a bug causing cPanel and a number of other services to crash. As a result the server required several reboots, and disabling of the cPanel smartcheck script.
Note: The upgrade did not immediately show any problems, we perform upgrades in early hours of the morning, and this bug only appeared later during the day.
