Dear Valued Customers,
On September 18th, 2007 at 11:30PM CST we will be upgrading our billing system. For the duration of the upgrade, the billing and ordering system will not be available. This will not result in a downtime to any other services such as your website, servers, or our support desk - these will all stay online during the upgrade. We are allowing 12 hours for the upgrade, however it should be completed much quicker than this. Once the upgrade has completed you will be able to login to the new billing system via https://www.crucialp.com/client/
You are being contacted as you are a current customer of Crucial Paradigm, and this system upgrade will be affecting you. Our long planned upgrade of our billing system will bring a huge array of new benefits. After almost a year of reviewing suitable billing systems, and months and months of testing we are finally ready for the upgrade. This is a completely new platform with improvements across every aspect of our current billing solution.
Benefits of the new billing system:
- NEW Section - "My emails" You can check all emails sent to you from our billing system ensuring you never miss one.
- Improved announcements system, receive by email and RSS feeds.
- Faster and easier to navigate.
- Far improved order system.
- More control over your account.

What's coming in the near future thanks to this upgrade!
- Affiliate System

Things you don't have to worry about!
- Your billing history will be transferred over to our new system. Security of your personal information is utmost priority, our new billing system is a lot faster and boasts greater security.
Changes you should note:
- When you log into the new billing system you will need to use your email address associated with the account for the username.
- Your password will be reset and the new login details will be emailed to you once the new system is up and running.

Dear Valued Customers,
It has come to our attention that a number of our clients have received a very large number of emails in regards to the billing system upgrade. Please accept our sincere apologies if you received more than one email regarding this upgrade. This email was in fact send via our old billing system, which has a number of bugs and hence the reason we are replacing the system in less than 24 hours.
The mass mail was my no means intentional, each client was supposed to receive the email once - however due to a bug in the system, it appears to have sent the email a huge number of times. We are currently investigating this further, and are putting together statistics as to how many emails were actually sent.
One of the big factors behind replacing our current billing system was due to the unwillingness of our software vendor to fix the bugs in their software and as a result we have found a new vendor who has a very stable system which from our testing works leaps and bounds better than our current billing system.
Again, please accept our sincere apologies for this matter!
