We are currently experiencing a large spread network issue which is effecting our unmetered network, as well as some of our shared/reseller hosting servers.
We are currently working with our upstream providers to resolve this as quickly as possible.

We have received and update from our upstream provider in regards to this matter. A PDU (power distribution unit) in our DC has blown, and taken down the core routing devices, along with a number of servers. This is NOT effecting all of our servers, only a portion of them.
Currently power technicians are onsite working to resolve the issue ASAP, we will update this thread as we receive more updates.

PDU is back online and servers and core routing equipment is coming back online.
However due to the nature of this failure some servers may still be offline for various reasons (such as fsck, etc). If your server is down please submit a ticket, or update your existing ticket with details of your server, and exactly what you cannot access (i.e. if your server is down, but a single service is not up, then please include this in the ticket - it will greatly reduce the time in bringing your server online).
