Dear Valued Customers,
Please note we are currently working on the outage s90.c4.crucialx.net is experiencing and will provide additional updates via this post.
Currently the server appears to have crashed, and not coming back up after a reboot. We are investigating why, and will replace any failed parts in order to bring this server back up and running.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this outage.

| This issue is still being worked on, we are swapping out potential faulty hardware currently. |

| The motherboard has been identified as faulty, and we are placing the drives in a new server to bring all sites back up ASAP. |

| The drives are online in the new server, and the server should be up shortly. We are currently making the necessary configuration changes due to the drives being moved to a replacement server. |

NOTE: We will be providing pro-rated refunds upon request, please submit a billing ticket with the time and domains effected by this outage. We will also be giving free upgrades to our new plans, and ability to move you to newer, faster, and more reliable servers (just request an upgrade or transfer, and we would be more than happy to perform this for you!).
