We have made some new changes to our support desk to simplify and speed
up the process of submitting and dealing with tickets.
We have removed the following Departments:
- Other
- Dedicated Server Support
- Server Security and Management
These have now all been consolidated into Technical Support.
In the near future we will be releasing our reboot console to our dedicated server customers - once this is done we will be removing the reboot department.
We have made these changes in order to help simplify the process of submitting a ticket, and also improve the response time to your ticket.
Please remember when submitting a ticket to include your account type, this will GREATLY reduce the time it takes to resolve the ticket. Including further account details also will greatly speed up the resolution of your ticket.

We will be keeping you posted of the new exciting changes happening at Crucial Paradigm, including more features, faster servers, and new products!

A quick reminder, please do NOT reply to old tickets which are assigned to any of the old queues. We will NOT see these replies, and we will not be able to access. Please submit a new ticket if you require further assitance on a closed matter.
