This is to let you know that Cpanel had discontinued its support for Neomail . As as result Neomail will not be available in your Cpanel Webmail sections.
It is likely that those who are using Neomail/Squirrel mail will be faced with some difficulties.
If you have already cionfigured a few sub folders under which you store mails, then you will be facing issues while using the new squirrel mail. On your new squirrel mail, you will not see those subfolders. For that you need to subscribe those folders from your Squirrelmail >> Folders section.
There is a section to subscribe/unsubscribe folders on that page. You need to select your sub folders to subscribe and after that clicking on refresh folder listing will show your missing sub folders there in your squirrel mail.
This problem is there due to the recent changeover from Mbox format(cppop,neomail,uw-imap) to Mail directory format (courier-imap (+pop3)).
